Monolithic macro-fluidic heat transfer components

A method for fabricating a heat exchange construct, the method comprising:

• prefabricating a flat template comprising a collection of pre-molded and pre-cut planar foam sections bonded to a laminate sheet;
• and
• incorporating an insert comprising a plenum divider section into the template.
