Abstract
A release carrier structure includes a carrier layer, a first release layer, and a second release layer. A weight ratio of organic matter in the second release layer is greater than a weight ratio of organic matter in the first release layer.
Claims9
A release carrier structure comprising:
- a carrier layer, a first release layer, and a second release layer, in this order,
- wherein the relative mass of organic matter in a layer to the total mass of a layer is greater in the second release layer than in in first release layer,
- wherein a thickness of the second release layer is 1 nm to 20 nm.
