Inkjet head device

An inkjet head device, comprising:

• a body comprising cylindrical light emitting devices;
• a first guide part disposed within the body and comprising a support substrate and a magnet layer disposed on the support substrate;
• a second guide part disposed to face the magnet layer;
• and
• a nozzle installed on a lower side of the magnet layer and the second guide part to spray the cylindrical light emitting devices onto the substrate in units of droplets,
• wherein the magnet layer and the second guide part are disposed parallel to each other along a direction perpendicular to an upper surface of the substrate,
• wherein one side surfaces of the cylindrical light emitting devices are configured to stick to an inner surface of the magnet layer, and the other side surfaces of the cylindrical light emitting devices are disposed to be spaced apart from an inner surface of the second guide part, so that the cylindrical light emitting devices are aligned in a row between the magnet layer and the second guide part and guided toward the nozzle, and
• wherein an array direction of the cylindrical light emitting devices aligned in the row coincides with the direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the substrate.
