Abstract
A product including extruded multiple laminated flow streams using microlayer extrusion, and in particular products with electrical properties that are formed from layers and particles with dimensions in the micro to nanometer range.
Claims18
An extruded thin multi-layer polymer product comprising multiple streams of tens to thousands of polymeric layers separated by non-conductive material wherein at least one of said multiple streams includes electrical conductive particles wherein the electrical conductive particles in the at least one of said polymeric layers form an electrical conducting network among the electrical conductive particles through alignment of the electrical conductive particles along the axis of extrusion or at a pitch relative to the axis of extrusion.
