Systems and methods for automatically authenticating communications with a calling device

A computing system comprising:

• one or more processors configured to:
• receive a request from a calling device to establish a communications session, wherein the request is transmitted from the calling device in response to a sensor reading corresponding to a user of the calling device;
• receive a call from a calling device after accepting the request, wherein the call includes an identifier associated with the calling device;
• receive, separately from the call, authentication data associated with a device or a user;
• determine, using the identifier and the authentication data, that the authentication data is associated with the same calling device that initiated the call;
• verify the authentication data;
• based on a result of the verification, determine that the call is initiated by an authenticated device or user;
• based on determining that the call is initiated by the authenticated device or user, initiate an access restricted communication with the calling device;
• receive activities data from the calling device via the access restricted communication, wherein the activities data comprises health related data obtained from the sensor reading;
• and
• generating a contextual data based on the health related data to assist in responding to the call.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions that when executed by one or more processors of a computing system cause the computing system to perform operations comprising:

• receiving a request from a calling device to establish a communications session, wherein the request is transmitted from the calling device in response to a sensor reading corresponding to a user of the calling device;
• receiving a call from a calling device after accepting the request, wherein the call includes an identifier associated with the calling device;
• receiving, separately from the call, authentication data associated with a device or a user;
• determining, using the identifier and the authentication data, that the authentication data is associated with the same calling device that initiated the call;
• verifying the authentication data;
• based on a result of the verification, determining that the call is initiated by an authenticated device or user;
• based on determining that the call is initiated by the authenticated device or user, initiating an access restricted communication with the calling device;
• receiving activities data from the calling device via the access restricted communication, wherein the activities data comprises health related data obtained from the sensor reading;
• and
• generating a contextual data based on the health related data to assist in responding to the call.
