Abstract
A window module includes: a window; a first anti-reflection layer disposed on the window; and a second anti-reflection layer disposed on the first anti-reflection layer, including magnesium fluoride and having a refractive index smaller than a refractive index of the first anti-reflection layer.

A window module comprising:
- a window;
- a first anti-reflection layer disposed on the window;
- and
- a second anti-reflection layer disposed on the first anti-reflection layer, including magnesium fluoride (MgF2), and having a refractive index of about 1.3 to about 1.5 and smaller than a refractive index of the first anti-reflection layer and a thickness of about 20 nm to about 70 nm,
- wherein the first anti-reflection layer includes:
- a first inorganic layer having a first refractive index of about 1.6 to about 1.8 and a first thickness of about 60 nanometers (nm) to about 100 nm;
- a second inorganic layer directly disposed on the first inorganic layer, having a second refractive index of about 1.7 to about 2.0 and greater than the first refractive index, and having a second thickness of about 100 nm to about 130 nm;
- and
- a third inorganic layer directly disposed on the second inorganic layer, having a third refractive index of about 1.5 to about 1.6 and smaller than each of the first refractive index and the second refractive index, and having a third thickness about 15 nm to about 25 nm,
- wherein the second anti-reflection layer is directly disposed on the third inorganic layer.

A display device comprising:
- a display panel, which displays an image;
- and
- a window module disposed on the display panel,
- wherein the window module comprises:
- a window;
- a first anti-reflection layer disposed on the window;
- and
- a second anti-reflection layer disposed on the first anti-reflection layer, including magnesium fluoride (MgF2), and having a refractive index of about 1.3 to about 1.5 and smaller than a refractive index of the first anti-reflection layer and a thickness of about 20 nm to about 70 nm,
- wherein the first anti-reflection layer includes:
- a first inorganic layer having a first refractive index of about 1.6 to about 1.8 and a first thickness of about 60 nanometers (nm) to about 100 nm;
- a second inorganic layer directly disposed on the first inorganic layer, having a second refractive index of about 1.7 to about 2.0 and greater than the first refractive index, and having a second thickness of about 100 nm to about 130 nm;
- and
- a third inorganic layer directly disposed on the second inorganic layer, having a third refractive index of about 1.5 to about 1.6 and smaller than each of the first refractive index and the second refractive index, and having a third thickness about 15 nm to about 25 nm,
- wherein the second anti-reflection layer is directly disposed on the third inorganic layer.
