Abstract
The present disclosure provides apparatuses, systems, and methods for performing particle analysis through flow cytometry at comparatively high event rates and for gathering high resolution images of particles.
Claims10
A system, comprising:
- a flow path configured to communicate particles therethrough;
- a first detection illumination source and a first detector train associated with the first detection illumination source,
- the first detection illumination source configured to illuminate at least one particle at a first detection location along the flow path and the detector train configured to derive a first parameter associated with illumination of the at least one particle by the first detection illumination source;
- an imaging illumination source and an imager associated with the imaging illumination source, the imaging illumination source configured to illuminate the at least one particle at an imaging location along the flow path and the imager configured to collect an image of the at least one particle illuminated at the imaging location.
