Abstract
The present invention concerns binding molecules that comprise an IgM, IgA, IgG/IgM or IgG/IgA antibody with a J-chain modified to include an ADME-modulating moiety, and their uses.

An IgM, IgA, IgG/IgM or IgG/IgA antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof, wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises a modified J chain that comprises an absorption, distribution, metabolism and/or excretion (ADME)-modulating moiety, wherein the ADME-modulating moiety comprises a human IgG Fc domain that binds to FcRn, wherein the modified J chain sequence comprises a direct or indirect fusion of the ADME-modulating moiety to the C-terminus or the N-terminus of a human J chain sequence, wherein the modified J chain sequence comprises the native human J chain sequence of SEQ ID NO:
