Crystalline 2-(2-(2-(2-(4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)phenoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)ethoxy)ethan-1-ol (Compound I Form I) characterized by an X-ray powder diffractogram comprising the following peaks (° 2θ±0.2° 2θ):
- 4.6, 20.8, and 23.7 as determined on a diffractometer using Cu-Kα radiation at a wavelength of 1.5406 Å.
