• Cl, F, CF3, CN, C1-C3 alkyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, OCF3, CONH2,
• where X is (—CH2-) or (—CH2-)2,
• where R5 is one of H, Cl, F, CF3, CN, C1-C2 alkyl, C1-C2 alkoxy, OCF3, or CONH2, wherein n of R5=1-4;
• R2 is H, C1-C2 alkyl, (CH2)2SO3H, or CHZCOOH, wherein Z is one of the group consisting of H, CH3, CH(CH3)2, CH2C6H5, CH2CH(CH3)2, and CH(CH3) CH2CH3,
• or R1 and R2 together form a pyrrolidine, piperidine, piperazine, or morpholine, optionally substituted with a methyl or amide group;
• R3 is OH, a C1-C2 alkyl or together with R4 forms a C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• R4 is one of C1-C2 alkyl or together with R3 forms a C3-C6 cycloalkyl;
• and
• X is one of nothing, O, NR1, S, sulfone, or sulfoxide,
