Composite material structure manufacturing jig, method of manufacturing the same, and method of manufacturing composite material structure

A method of manufacturing a composite material structure, the method comprising:

• placing a frame component including a channel on an outer peripheral surface of a mold;
• inserting a composite material structure manufacturing jig into the channel of the frame component, wherein
• the composite material structure manufacturing jig includes a tubular body formed of an elastic material containing a reinforcement fiber, the tubular body includes a trapezoidal transverse section that is a cross section orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the tubular body, the trapezoidal transverse section includes an upper base and a lower base longer than the upper base, and an inner surface of the tubular body is coated with a gas barrier layer, and
• an interface between the gas barrier layer and the tubular body is treated by a surface treatment;
• laminating prepreg on the composite material structure manufacturing jig and the frame component;
• and
• curing the prepreg by heating the prepreg.
