A composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of at least one alkaloid combined with one or more non-alkaloid components, wherein the composition is configured to be administered to a subject.
Claims16
A composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of at least
- a. one alkaloid selected from the group consisting essentially of berberine, allocryptopine, alpha-homochelidonine, beta-homochelidonine, chelidonine, chelerythrine, coptisine, magnoflorine, protopine, sparteine, chelamine, and sanguinaria,
- b. at least 50 mg of beetroot,
- c. and at least one component selected from the group consisting essentially of allocryptopine, chelamine, chelidonine, chelerythrine, coptisine, magnoflorine, protopine, sparteine, alpha-homochelidonine, beta-homochelidonine, chelidonic acid, malic acid, and citric acid, wherein the composition is configured to be administered to a subject known to have inflammation.
