Abstract
An apparatus for handling fluid within an at least partially electrically powered vehicle, including: a valve device with a valve housing, the valve housing includes at least eight radially arranged port openings for fluid to flow in or out, a valve body, which is arranged inside the valve housing and is rotatable about an axis of rotation R, and the valve body includes at least four connecting channels for fluidly connecting two port openings, respectively.
Claims14
An apparatus for handling fluid within an at least partially electrically powered vehicle, comprising:
- a valve device including a valve housing, wherein the valve housing comprises eight radially arranged port openings for fluid to flow in or out;
- and
- a valve body, which is arranged inside the valve housing and is rotatable about an axis of rotation R, wherein the valve body includes four connecting channels, each formed to fluidly connect two port openings of the eight radially arranged port openings, respectively, a further port opening of the eight port openings is arranged between two port openings that are fluidically connected to each other, and two port openings of the eight port openings that are arranged directly next to each other and have oval cross-sections are coupled directly to a heat exchanger.
An apparatus for handling fluid within an at least partially electrically powered vehicle, comprising:
- a valve device including a valve housing, wherein the valve housing comprises eight radially arranged port openings for fluid to flow in or out;
- and
- a valve body, which is arranged inside the valve housing and is rotatable about an axis of rotation R,
- wherein the valve body includes four connecting channels, each connecting channel formed to fluidly connect two port openings of the eight radially arranged port openings, respectively,
- a further port opening of the eight port openings is arranged between two port openings that are fluidically connected to each other,
- two port openings of the eight port openings that are arranged directly next to each other are coupled directly to a heat exchanger, and
- the radially arranged port openings each include the same distance from one another.
