Abstract
A method of manufacturing an aerosol generation system heater element is described. The aerosol generation system heater element comprising a seamless hollow tube, and the method comprises deforming a wall of a hollow tube to form the seamless hollow tube, the seamless hollow tube having a deformed wall, wherein the deformed wall of the seamless hollow tube is thinner than the wall of the hollow tube.

A method of manufacturing an aerosol generation system induction heater element, the method comprising:
- deforming a wall of a hollow tube to form a seamless susceptor, the seamless susceptor having a deformed wall, wherein the deformed wall of the seamless susceptor is thinner than the wall of the hollow tube;
- and
- forming a receptacle defined, at least in part, by the aerosol generation system induction heater element, to receive an aerosol forming consumable.
A method of manufacturing an aerosol generation system induction heater element, the aerosol generation system heater element comprising a seamless hollow tube forming a susceptor, the method comprising:
- forming a receptacle defined, at least in part, by the aerosol generation system induction heater element, to receive an aerosol forming consumable;
- and
- coating a metallic layer on to an inner surface of a hollow tubular substrate.
An aerosol generation system induction heater element comprising a seamless hollow tube forming a susceptor that defines, at least in part, a receptacle to receive an aerosol forming consumable, wherein the seamless hollow tube has a wall thickness of less than or equal to approximately 100 μm.
