A Zika virus construct comprising a Zika virus genome, wherein said Zika virus genome consists of SEQ ID NO:
- 7, and wherein said Zika virus construct optionally includes a gene that encodes a mutated E protein comprising SEQ ID NO:
- 1, wherein the amino acid at position 154 of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 is any amino acid residue other than asparagine.
