Abstract
The present disclosure relates to cellular compositions that are modified to introduce a nucleic acid or vector expressing the same. Such compositions may be used to deliver nucleic acid to a target cell and treat disease such as cancer.
Claims10
A method of treating a cancer in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising mesenchymal precursor cells (MPCs) or mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), wherein said MPCs or MSCs comprise an siRNA to KRAS G12D and contact target cancer cells in the subject, whereby the MPCs or MSCs form gap junctions with the contacted target cancer cells, and wherein said cancer comprises an oncogenic G12D mutation in KRAS.
