Film and electrode

A film comprising:

• particles of a two-dimensional material containing one or plural layers, wherein the one or plural layers comprise a layer body represented by:
• MmXn
• wherein
• M is at least one metal of Group 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7,
• X is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, or a combination thereof,
• n is not less than 1 and not more than 4, and
• m is more than n but not more than 5, and
• a modifier or terminal T exists on a surface of the layer body, wherein T is at least one selected from a hydroxyl group, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, an oxygen atom, and a hydrogen atom;
• and
• an amphoteric polymer having an anionic functional group and a cationic functional group in one or more monomer units of the amphoteric polymer,
• wherein MmXn comprises one or more selected from Ti2C, Ti3C2, Ti3(CN), (Cr2Ti) C2, (Mo2Ti)C2, (Mo2Ti2)C3, and (Mo2.7V1.3)C3, and
• wherein a ratio of the amphoteric polymer to a sum of the particles of the two-dimensional material and the amphoteric polymer in the film is 5 vol % to 70 vol %.
