An eye health supplement and methods of using the eye health supplement are disclosed.

An eye health supplement dosage form, comprising:
- 1 part by weight zeaxanthin;
- 5 parts by weight lutein;
- 16.75 parts by weight vitamin E;
- 3.75 parts by weight zinc;
- 25 parts by weight curcumin;
- and
- 30 parts by weight omega-3 oils including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
