A panel for interior decorative use, comprising:
- a basic material layer comprising a cement-based material and a metal soap;
- a top layer giving a decorative appearance to the panel and located on a surface of the basic material layer.

- a basic material layer comprising a cement-based material;
- a top layer giving a decorative appearance to the panel and located on a surface of the basic material layer;
- wherein the basic material layer comprises a hydrophobic additive;
- wherein the basic material layer comprises reinforcement fibers.
