Abstract
The invention provides a method for producing a triorganosilane compound which includes (1) a step of reacting a diorganosilane compound represented by the formula (I): with a triflating reagent to obtain a monotriflate compound represented by the formula (III): and (2) a step of reacting the monotriflate compound obtained in the step (1) with a metal reagent represented by R3Li or R3MgX to obtain a triorganosilane compound represented by the formula (II): wherein R1, R2 and R3 are as defined herein.
Claims12
A method for producing a triorganosilane compound which comprises the following steps (1) to (3);
- (1) a step of reacting a diorganosilane compound represented by the formula (I):
- wherein R1 and R2 each represent a tert-butyl group,
- with a triflating reagent to obtain a monotriflate compound represented by the formula (III):
- wherein R1 and R2 have the same meanings as defined above;
- (2) a step of reacting the monotriflate compound obtained in the step (1) with a metal reagent represented by R3Li or R3MgX
- wherein R3 represents an aryl group having 6 or more carbon atoms which may have one or more substituents, and X represents a chlorine atom, a bromine atom or an iodine atom,
- to obtain a triorganosilane compound represented by the formula (II):
- wherein R1, R2 and R3 have the same meanings as defined above;
- and
- (3) a step of converting the aryl group into a cycloalkyl group by reacting with hydrogen in the presence of a metal catalyst under a pressure of 0.3 to 1 MPa.
