Abstract
A hang row pendulum apparatus, comprising: a crossbar; and, a main post, connected to the crossbar at a lower end of the main post and having a pivot point on the main post opposite the crossbar.

A hang row pendulum apparatus, comprising:
- a crossbar configured with two, unattached opposing ends and at least one weight stop;
- and,
- a main post, connected to the crossbar at a lower end of the main post and having a pivot point on the main post opposite the crossbar,
- wherein the at least one weight stop is formed in a J-hook configuration.

A method of using a hang row pendulum apparatus, comprising:
- attaching a main post to a support of a weight rack at a pivot point;
- grasping a crossbar attached to a lower end of the main post, wherein the crossbar is configured with two, unattached opposing ends and at least one weight stop, wherein the at least one weight stop is formed in a J-hook configuration;
- pulling the crossbar from a starting position, causing the main post to rotate around the pivot point;
- and,
- returning the crossbar to the starting position.
