Claims32
A method of treating cancer, which comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of an oncolytic herpes virus and a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor to a patient in need thereof, wherein the oncolytic herpes virus comprises:
- (i) a fusogenic protein-encoding gene;
- and (ii) one or more immune stimulatory molecule-encoding gene, wherein the oncolytic herpes virus and the PD-1 inhibitor are administered separately.
A method of using an oncolytic herpes virus, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an oncolytic herpes virus and a PD-1 inhibitor to a patient in need thereof, wherein the oncolytic herpes virus comprises:
- (i) a fusogenic protein-encoding gene;
- and (ii) an immune stimulatory molecule-encoding gene, wherein the oncolytic herpes virus and the PD-1 inhibitor are administered separately.
A method of treating a patient, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of an oncolytic herpes virus and a PD-1 inhibitor to a patient in need thereof, wherein the oncolytic herpes virus comprises:
