Device, brush, range and method for removing acarine parasites by rotation

A device for removing an acarine parasite that has penetrated into skin of a host, the device comprising:

• a housing;
• a drive accommodated in said housing and having on a drive side an interface;
• and
• an attachment being rotatable about an axis of rotation and having a plurality of fibers disposed in a manner of a brush as a fiber ring configuration, wherein said fiber ring configuration having a recess formed therein, wherein said fibers forming said fiber ring configuration at free ends of said fibers along a circumference of said recess and said fiber ring configuration having at least one fiber ring with a ring width of not less than 0.3 mm but less than 1.5 mm, the ring width being half a difference between an outer dimension and an inner dimension of said at least one fiber ring at a mouth of said recess at said free ends of said fibers forming said at least one fiber ring.
