CIPP liner feed roller

A CIPP liner feed roller apparatus, comprising:

• a frame;
• a main roller attached to the frame;
• a clamping roller attached to the frame and parallel with the main roller;
• at least one actuator or at least one spring connected to the clamping roller, wherein a distance between the clamping roller and the main roller is adjustable using the at least one actuator or the at least one spring;
• a drive unit connected to the main roller, wherein the drive unit rotates the main roller;
• a bridge beam attached to the frame, wherein the bridge beam is oriented parallel to a longitudinal axis of the main roller;
• and
• a bridge connector centrally attached to the bridge beam;
• wherein the CIPP liner feed roller apparatus is lifted using the bridge connector or an attachment thereto;
• and
• wherein the CIPP liner feed roller apparatus pulls a CIPP liner between the main roller and the clamping roller from a liner source.

A CIPP liner feed roller apparatus, comprising:

• a frame;
• a main roller attached to the frame;
• a clamping roller attached to the frame and parallel with the main roller;
• a first actuator and a second actuator, wherein the first actuator is attached to a first end of the clamping roller and the second actuator is attached to a second end of the clamping roller, wherein a distance between the clamping roller and the main roller is adjustable using the first actuator and the second actuator;
• a drive unit connected to the main roller, wherein the drive unit rotates the main roller;
• a bridge beam attached to the frame, wherein the bridge beam is oriented parallel to a longitudinal axis of the main roller;
• a bridge connector centrally attached to the bridge beam;
• wherein the CIPP liner feed roller apparatus is lifted using the bridge connector or an attachment thereto;
• and
• wherein the CIPP liner feed roller apparatus pulls a CIPP liner between the main roller and the clamping roller from a liner source;
• and
• a support beam attached to the frame and oriented in parallel with the main roller.
