Abstract
A method is provided for producing, by machine and/or by hand, a double-walled drawer frame for a drawer including an inner wall and an outer wall. The method includes the following, in particular carried out chronologically in the order indicated: arranging a spacer part on the inner wall and/or the outer wall, arranging the two walls substantially parallel with each other, displacing the two walls relative to each other in a direction parallel with a longitudinal direction of the walls and/or in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction, and joining the two walls to each other in the course of the displacement movement.
Claims32
A method of producing a double-walled drawer frame for a drawer, the drawer frame including an inner wall, an outer wall, and a spacer part therebetween, the method comprising in the order indicated:
- arranging the spacer part formed of elastically compressible material on the inner wall or the outer wall,
- arranging the inner wall and the outer wall substantially parallel to each other,
- elastically compressing the spacer part,
- displacing the inner wall and the outer wall relative to each other in a direction parallel to a longitudinal direction of the inner wall and the outer wall, and
- joining the inner wall and the outer wall to each other during the displacing.
