Abstract
A method for providing feedback to a skier, comprising: receiving, by a feedback computer, sensor data from a plurality of sensors associated with the skier, the sensor data representing a movement of the skier during a ski run; receiving, by the feedback computer, video data representing a video recording of the skier during the ski run; after the ski run, synchronizing, by the feedback computer, the sensor data and the video data; and simultaneously displaying, on a display screen in electrical communication with the feedback computer, the video recording and the sensor data.
Claims18
A method for providing feedback to a skier, the method comprising:
- receiving, by a feedback computer, sensor data from a plurality of sensors associated with the skier, the sensor data representing a movement of the skier during a ski run;
- receiving, by the feedback computer, video data representing a video recording of the skier during the ski run;
- after the ski run, synchronizing, by the feedback computer, the sensor data and the video data;
- and
- simultaneously displaying, on a display screen in electrical communication with the feedback computer, the video recording and the sensor data.
A method comprising:
- receiving, at a computer, sensor data from at least one sensor associated with a skier, the sensor data acquired during a ski run that includes a plurality of ski turns;
- processing, with the computer, the sensor data to form processed data that indicates a performance metric of the skier during each ski turn;
- transmitting the processed data to a feedback device associated with the skier;
- and
- providing feedback to the skier, with the feedback device, after each ski turn regarding a performance of the skier for a respective ski turn.
