Abstract
The present invention relates to enzymes and combinations thereof useful for studying glycoproteins, and corresponding methods of use. In particular, the invention relates to a sialidase composition comprising an additional protease and/or glycosidase, preferably an O-glycoprotein-specific endoprotease and/or an O-glycosidase.
Claims9
A composition or combination comprising a first sialidase, a second sialidase, and an O-glycosidase, wherein:
- the first sialidase is a polypeptide comprising or consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2;
- the second sialidase is a polypeptide comprising or consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 5;
- and the O-glycosidase is a polypeptide comprising or consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10.
