Fabrication and installation of a dental implant

A method of fabricating and installing a dental implant, comprising:

• providing a system for said fabricating and said installing of said dental implant, wherein said system comprises:
• a three-dimensional X-ray imaging device or a three-dimensional optical scanner;
• a digital simulator;
• and
• a fabricator comprising:
• a computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) milling machine;
• and
• a customized surgical guide;
• capturing high-resolution three-dimensional images of a natural tooth and a corresponding periodontal bone socket of said natural tooth before extraction of said natural tooth using the three-dimensional X-ray imaging device or the three-dimensional optical scanner;
• digitally simulating insertion of an implant member of said dental implant into said periodontal bone socket using said digital simulator based on said captured high-resolution three-dimensional images to establish a path for inserting said implant member of said dental implant;
• designing and fabricating said implant member of said dental implant based on said captured high-resolution three-dimensional images using said computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) milling machine of said fabricator;
• pre-determining an anchoring force for anchoring said implant member of said designed dental implant to an inner wall of said periodontal bone socket, by said digital simulator, based on said captured high-resolution three-dimensional images;
• extracting said natural tooth using a tooth extractor and installing said designed and fabricated implant member of said dental implant into said periodontal bone socket, using said customized surgical guide of said fabricator, wherein a plurality of hook-shaped micro-extensions integrally formed in a mid-portion of a root section of said designed and fabricated implant member of said dental implant help in guiding said implant member of said dental implant into said periodontal bone socket and impede coronal movement of said inserted implant member of said dental implant within said periodontal bone socket;
• anchoring said inserted implant member of said dental implant within said periodontal bone socket, wherein a plurality of radial and equidistant cylindrical members disposed in said mid-portion of said root section of said designed and fabricated implant member of said dental implant abut and evenly press said inner wall of said periodontal bone socket with said pre-determined anchoring force;
• filling an interstitial space between said inserted implant member of said dental implant and said periodontal bone socket with one or more of a bone filler material, an osteogenic material, and antibiotic agents, to ensure bone regeneration and long-term stability of said dental implant;
• filling a coronal surface of a coronal section of said implant member of said dental implant with tooth filling composite materials for osseointegration of said dental implant;
• and
• loading a permanent crown and/or one or more pre-fabricated tooth colored layers on top of said tooth filling composite materials after completion of said osseointegration.
