Process cartridge and electrophotographic apparatus

An electrophotographic apparatus comprising a process cartridge configured to be removably mounted onto a main body of the electrophotographic apparatus, the process cartridge comprising:

• an electrophotographic photosensitive member;
• a toner;
• and
• a developing member configured to supply the toner to the electrophotographic photosensitive member;
• the electrophotographic photosensitive member having a surface layer that is a polymerized film of a composition containing (i) at least one kind of monofunctional (meth)acrylic compound selected from the group consisting of a monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer and a monofunctional (meth)acrylic oligomer, and (ii) at least one kind of tri- or higher functional (meth)acrylic compound selected from the group consisting of a tri- or higher functional (meth)acrylic monomer and a tri- or higher functional (meth)acrylic oligomer;
• the surface layer comprising a diphenylamine compound represented by formula (A3)
• where R301 to R310 independently represent a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or an ethyl group, wherein
• a content ratio of the diphenylamine compound in the surface layer is 0.001 to 1.0 mass % with respect to a total mass of the surface layer,
• the toner contains a toner particle and a hydrotalcite particle as an external additive, and
• the hydrotalcite particle contains fluorine in filter fitting analysis of STEM-EDS analysis.
