Abstract
An oscillating device includes a vibrating table to which an oscillated object is to be attached, and an oscillating unit that oscillates the vibrating table in a predetermined direction. The vibrating table includes a hollow part in which the oscillated object is accommodated, a bottom plate, a frame part that protrudes perpendicularly from an edge portion of the bottom plate, and an intermediate plate arranged inside the frame part. The intermediate plate has a shape of a lattice protruding perpendicularly from the bottom plate.
Claims3
An oscillating device, comprising:
- a vibrating table;
- an actuator configured to oscillate the vibrating table;
- and
- a counter balancer attached to a side face of the vibrating table and configured to compensate an imbalance of an oscillated portion, the counter balancer including:
- a weight;
- flat washers disposed between the vibrating table and the weight so that the weight does not contact the vibrating table;
- and
- bolts fastening the weight to the vibrating table that are inserted through holes of the flat washers, respectively.
