A compound that is N-ethyl-3-((9-ethyl-2-((2-hydroxypentan-3-yl)-amino)-9H-purin-6-yl)amino) pyrrolidine-1-sulfonamide having the structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A compound that is(S)-N-ethyl-3-((9-ethyl-2-(((2R,3S)-2-hydroxypentan-3-yl)amino)-9H-purin-6-yl)amino) pyrrolidine-1-sulfonamide having the structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound that is(S)-N-ethyl-3-((9-ethyl-2-(((2R,3S)-2-hydroxypentan-3-yl)amino)-9H-purin-6-yl)amino)-pyrrolidine-1-sulfonamide having the structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
A method of treating a solid tumor cancer in a subject suffering from or susceptible to the cancer, wherein:
- the method comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound that is(S)-N-ethyl-3-((9-ethyl-2-(((2R,3S)-2-hydroxypentan-3-yl)amino)-9H-purin-6-yl)amino) pyrrolidine-1-sulfonamide having the structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- the solid tumor cancer is selected from the group consisting of breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
