Prosthetic heart valves

A prosthetic heart valve comprising:

• a main body comprising:
• (i) a stent frame comprised of elongate members;
• and (ii) a covering material on an exterior of the stent frame, the main body having an inflow end portion and an outflow end portion, the main body defining a central axis extending between the inflow and outflow end portions;
• a plurality of sutures that attach the covering material to the elongate members and that comprise suture knots protruding from an external surface of the main body along, and in alignment with, outer surfaces of the elongate members;
• and
• one or more anterior flaps extending from the outflow end portion in a first direction that is transverse to the central axis,
• wherein the one or more anterior flaps comprises a septal anterior flap and a lateral anterior flap, wherein an edge portion of the septal anterior flap comprises a septal anterior strut framework, wherein an edge portion of the lateral anterior flap comprises a lateral anterior strut framework, and
• wherein the septal anterior strut framework comprises S-shaped struts.
