Abstract
A wallpaper composition and a wallpaper releases a flavorant component by heat. The wallpaper composition and the wallpaper includes a sugar compound-derived moiety and a flavoring compound-derived moiety in a basic skeleton, and a base material, and includes a compound decomposed into a lactone compound, a sugar compound, and a flavoring compound upon pyrolysis.
Claims16
A wallpaper composition comprising:
- a compound represented by Formula 1 below;
- and
- a base material comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of fiber, pulp, cellulose-based resin and liquid resin,
- wherein in Formula 1,
- n is an integer of 1 or 2,
- R is a straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms,
- a moiety A′ is a moiety derived from a flavoring compound having at least one of an aromatic ring, an aliphatic ring and an aliphatic chain having a hydroxyl group (—OH), wherein the hydroxyl group participates in a carbonate linkage
- and the moiety A′ corresponds to a flavoring compound excluding the hydroxyl group participating in the carbonate linkage,
- a moiety G′ is a moiety derived from a sugar compound, wherein at least one of hydroxyl groups (—OH) linked to a ring of the sugar compound participates in an ester linkage
- G′ corresponds to a sugar compound excluding the hydroxyl group participating in the ester linkage, and m is the number of
- linked to the moiety G′ by the ester linkage, and an integer of 1 to 8.
