Abstract
A sheet bonding apparatus includes a pressurizing member configured to pressurize a sheet stack, a receiving member configured to receive a pressurizing force of the pressurizing member and nip the sheet stack together with the pressurizing member, a heating portion configured to heat the pressurizing member, a pressurizing mechanism configured to press the pressurizing member against the sheet stack, and an inclination correction mechanism configured to correct relative inclination between the pressurizing member and the receiving member in a case where the pressurizing member pressurizes the sheet stack.
Claims14
A sheet bonding apparatus comprising:
- a pressurizing member configured to pressurize a sheet stack;
- a receiving member configured to receive a pressurizing force of the pressurizing member and nip the sheet stack together with the pressurizing member;
- a heating portion configured to heat the pressurizing member;
- a pressurizing mechanism configured to press the pressurizing member against the sheet stack;
- and
- an inclination correction mechanism configured to correct relative inclination between the pressurizing member and the receiving member in a case where the pressurizing member pressurizes the sheet stack,
- wherein the inclination correction mechanism includes a support mechanism configured to support the receiving member so as to allow the receiving member to tilt about an axis extending in a first direction intersecting with a pressurizing direction of the pressurizing member.
A sheet bonding apparatus comprising:
- a pressurizing member configured to pressurize a sheet stack;
- a receiving member configured to receive a pressurizing force of the pressurizing member and nip the sheet stack together with the pressurizing member;
- a heating portion configured to heat the pressurizing member;
- a pressurizing mechanism configured to press the pressurizing member against the sheet stack;
- and
- an inclination correction mechanism configured to correct relative inclination between the pressurizing member and the receiving member in a case where the pressurizing member pressurizes the sheet stack,
- wherein the inclination correction mechanism includes a support mechanism configured to support the pressurizing member such that (1) the pressurizing member is allowed to tilt both in a first tilting direction and a second tilting direction opposite to the first tilting direction about an axis extending in a first direction intersecting with a pressurizing direction of the pressurizing member and (2) the axis is the only one axis extending in the first direction about which the pressurizing member is allowed to tilt.
A sheet bonding apparatus comprising:
- a pressurizing member configured to pressurize a sheet stack;
- a receiving member configured to receive a pressurizing force of the pressurizing member and nip the sheet stack together with the pressurizing member;
- a heating portion configured to heat the pressurizing member;
- a pressurizing mechanism configured to press the pressurizing member against the sheet stack;
- and
- an inclination correction mechanism configured to correct relative inclination between the pressurizing member and the receiving member in a case where the pressurizing member pressurizes the sheet stack,
- wherein the inclination correction mechanism includes a projection portion provided on a contact surface of the pressurizing member configured to come into contact with the sheet stack, and
- wherein the projection portion projects toward the receiving member in a pressurizing direction of the pressurizing member and extends in a direction intersecting with the pressurizing direction.
A sheet bonding apparatus comprising:
- a pressurizing member configured to pressurize a sheet stack;
- a receiving member configured to receive a pressurizing force of the pressurizing member and nip the sheet stack together with the pressurizing member;
- a heating portion configured to heat the pressurizing member;
- a pressurizing mechanism configured to press the pressurizing member against the sheet stack;
- and
- an inclination correction mechanism configured to correct relative inclination between the pressurizing member and the receiving member in a case where the pressurizing member pressurizes the sheet stack,
- wherein the inclination correction mechanism includes a support mechanism configured to support one of the pressurizing member or the receiving member so as to allow the one of the pressurizing member or the receiving member to tilt about an axis extending in a first direction intersecting with a pressurizing direction of the pressurizing member and about an axis extending in a second direction intersecting with both the pressurizing direction and the first direction.
A sheet bonding apparatus comprising:
- a pressurizing member configured to pressurize a sheet stack;
- a receiving member configured to receive a pressurizing force of the pressurizing member and nip the sheet stack together with the pressurizing member;
- a heating portion configured to heat the pressurizing member;
- a pressurizing mechanism configured to press the pressurizing member against the sheet stack;
- and
- an inclination correction mechanism configured to correct relative inclination between the pressurizing member and the receiving member in a case where the pressurizing member pressurizes the sheet stack,
- wherein the inclination correction mechanism includes a projection shape provided on a contact surface of the pressurizing member configured to come into contact with the sheet stack, and
- wherein the projection shape has a sectional shape projecting toward the receiving member in a pressurizing direction of the pressurizing member in both a cross-section orthogonal to a first direction intersecting with the pressurizing direction and a cross-section orthogonal to a second direction intersecting with both the pressurizing direction and the first direction.
