Method for testing POS machine, test terminal and non-transitory computer readable storage medium

A test terminal, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable by the processor, wherein the processor is configured to, when executing the computer program, implement steps of a method for testing a point of sale (POS) machine being implemented by a test terminal, comprising:

• obtaining a sample data of a magnetic track;
• outputting a first test level according to the sample data of the magnetic track, and generating a magnetic field that varies over time according to the first test level;
• and
• obtaining a first operation result generated by a POS machine under test and obtaining a test result of whether the POS machine under test can perform a card swiping operation normally according to the first operation result;
• the first operation result is an operation result which is generated by the POS machine under test according to an electromagnetic induction effect generated by the magnetic field that varies over time;
• wherein the processor is further configured to input a test password into the POS machine under test, and obtain a second operation result generated by the POS machine under test after the test password is obtained by the POS machine under test, and obtain a test result of whether the POS machine under test can respond to the input test password correctly according to the second operation result, after a test result indicating that the POS machine under test performs the card swiping operation normally is obtained.
