Lighting apparatus

A lighting apparatus, comprising:

• a light module;
• a fixing member, wherein the fixing member is fixedly connected to the light module, wherein the fixing member is provided with a side slot;
• a hanging member, wherein the hanging member is provided with a shaft, wherein the hanging member further comprises a hook, wherein the shaft is inserted into the side slot from a side, wherein the shaft is configured to rotate to be in a first state or a second state within the side slot, wherein in the first state the hook is in a vertical position, wherein in the second state the hook is in a horizontal position;
• and
• an elastic member, wherein the elastic member is fixedly provided on the light module, wherein the elastic member is configured to push upward and press tightly against the shaft to maintain the shaft in the first state or the second state, wherein the elastic member comprises a spring seat and a first spring provided within the spring seat, wherein the spring seat is threadedly connected to the light module, wherein an exposed end of the first spring outside the spring seat is configured to contact the shaft.
