Hand-held electrically powered work tool

A hand-held electrically powered cut-off tool comprising a first part and a second part arranged vibrationally isolated from each other,

• the first part comprising an arm arranged to support a cutting tool and an electric motor arranged to drive the cutting tool,
• the second part comprising front and rear handles for operating the cut-off tool, and a battery compartment for holding an electrical storage device arranged to power the electric motor,
• wherein one or more damping members are arranged in-between the first part and the second part,
• wherein the at least one damping member arranged in-between the first and the second parts includes one or more reinforcement elements,
• wherein the one or more reinforcement elements are disposed between a first end of the at least one damping member disposed parallel and proximate to the first part and a second end of the at least one damping member disposed parallel and proximate to the second part,
• wherein the first end and the second end of the at least one damping member are arranged to enter a corresponding groove formed in the first part and the second part,
• wherein the corresponding grooves of the first part and the second part are extended parallel to the one or more reinforcement elements and the first end and second end of the at least one or more damping elements, and
• wherein the damping element has a Shore hardness between 10 and 70.
