Abstract
This disclosure describes a training bag apparatus including weights of the apparatus, one or more fixed and removable components. The training bag is adaptable for exercises wherein one or more fixed and removable elements is utilized as a slam bag, sled, backpack, weighted vest with adjustable internal weights to utilize individually or as an entire training system. The fixed and removable elements comprise of grips, adjustable straps, draggable surface, backpack straps, harness, connecting straps, adjustable internal straps with internal filler weights to use individually and/or as a complete set.

A training bag comprising:
- a top external surface;
- a rear durable surface;
- a periphery surface;
- an internal surface;
- at least one fastener, wherein the at least one fastener extends from the top external surface to the rear durable surface, the at least one fastener comprising:
- a first component;
- and
- a second component;
- wherein when the first component and the second component of the at least one fastener are not engaged with each other, a portion of the top external surface of the training bag is configured to contact aground surface, wherein a portion of the rear durable surface of the training bag is configured to contact the ground surface when the training bag is in an open bag configuration, wherein when the training bag is in the open bag configuration, a set of weight straps are revealed and are secured to the internal surface, wherein the rear durable surface comprises one or more layers of durable material, wherein at least one layer of durable material of the one or more layers of durable material extends to and overlaps with the periphery surface of the training bag;
- and
- one or more sets of grips, wherein:
- a first grip and a second grip of the one or more sets of grips are positioned horizontally on the periphery surface, the first grip and the second grip being spaced apart from each other;
- and
- a third grip of the one or more sets of grips is positioned vertically on the top external surface of the training bag;
- and
- one or more loops, wherein at least one loop of the one or more loops is secured to the periphery surface of the training bag and is configured to temporarily secure one or more attachments, wherein at least one attachment of the one or more attachments includes a removable strap configured for dragging the training bag on the ground surface when the training bag is in a closed bag configuration.

- one or more loops, wherein at least one loop of the one or more loops is secured to the periphery surface of the training bag and is configured to temporarily secure one or more attachments, wherein at least one attachment of the one or more attachments includes a removable strap configured for dragging the training bag on the ground surface when the training bag is in a closed bag configuration.

- one or more loops, wherein at least one loop of the one or more loops is secured to the periphery surface of the training bag and is configured to temporarily secure one or more attachments, wherein at least one attachment of the one or more attachments includes a removable strap configured for dragging the training bag on the ground surface when the training bag is in a closed bag configuration;
- and
- a set of removable backpack straps configured to attach onto a user.
