Aerosol fire suppression materials, systems and methods of implementation

A fire suppression system comprising:

• A condensed pyrotechnically-generated aerosol material disposed on, or in physical proximity to, a potential fire hazard, wherein the condensed pyrotechnically-generated aerosol material is capable of being directly actuated solely via direct exposure to one of flame, or heat above a predetermined level;
• wherein the condensed pyrotechnically-generated aerosol material is configured to be actuated by exposure to at least one of heat or flame, to produce an aerosol material having components having a greater affinity for a combination with fire fuel chemical components, than an affinity for ambient oxygen to combine with fire fuel chemical components, to produce chemical components having a lesser tendency to combust;
• wherein the condensed pyrotechnically-generated aerosol material is in the form of at least one of:
• a body of material fabricated solely of an aerosol fire suppression substance, one of affixed to a surface of a potential fire hazard or disposed in physical proximity to, the potential fire hazard;
• or
• a coating applied to the surface on, or in physical proximity to the potential fire hazard.
