Dental replacement having a connecting sleeve

A dental prosthesis (100) for anchoring in the jawbone (1), comprising:

• a dental implant (110) with an implant body (111), an abutment (112), a closure body, a tooth part, a connecting sleeve and a connecting element;
• wherein the dental implant (110) comprises a connecting section (113) within the implant body (111) to secure the abutment with the dental implant using the connecting element (115), wherein the closure body (130) is configured to be arranged within an internal guide (122) arranged in the tooth part (120), and extending into the connecting section (113) penetrating the abutment (112) and terminates flush with the connecting element for sealing the dental prosthesis;
• wherein
• the connecting sleeve (140) is arranged between the closure body (130) and the internal guide (122) of the tooth part (120), wherein the connecting sleeve (140) has a flat smooth outer surface (145) and the internal guide (122) has a flat smooth inner surface, so that the connecting sleeve (140) is pushed smoothly into the internal guide (122) arranged in the tooth part (120), and wherein the tooth part (120) and the tooth implant (110) are configured to be connected to one another indirectly, releasably by the connecting sleeve (140).
