Abstract
In order to provide a treatment installation which is of simple construction and enables an energy-efficient workpiece treatment, it is proposed that the treatment installation comprises the following: a treatment chamber which comprises multiple treatment chamber sections that are each associated with one of multiple separate circulatory air modules of the treatment installation; a heating installation which comprises a heating gas conduit, wherein multiple circulatory air modules are coupled to the heating gas conduit, in particular for heating the gas guided through the treatment chamber sections.
Claims26
A treatment installation for treating workpieces, the treatment installation comprising:
- a treatment chamber including multiple separate treatment chamber sections that are each associated with one of multiple separate circulatory air modules of the treatment installation;
- a heating installation including a heating device, a heating gas conduit, and a heat exchanger,
- wherein the circulatory air modules are fluidly coupled to the heating gas conduit through which a heating gas is guided, the ones of the circulatory air modules to guide a separate circulatory gas stream of heating gas from the heating gas conduit through the respective treatment chamber sections, wherein the heat exchanger transfers heat produced in the heating device to the heating gas of the heating gas conduit;
- and
- a removal section of the heating gas conduit to remove gas from ones of the circulatory air modules and to provide the removed gas to the heat exchanger, bypassing the heating device, for reheating it as heating gas.
A method for treating workpieces, the method comprising:
- providing multiple gas streams of heated heating gas, guided in separate circulatory gas streams, to flow through multiple separate treatment chamber sections of a treatment chamber of a treatment installation, ones of the treatment chamber sections associated with respective ones of circulatory air modules of the treatment installation, ones of the circulatory air modules to guide the separate circulatory gas stream through respective treatment chamber sections;
- heating the circulatory gas streams by a heating gas stream of a heating gas conduit of a heating installation, wherein the heating gas conduit is fluidly coupled to the circulatory air modules and heat that is produced by a heating device of the heating installation is transferred via a heat exchanger of the heating installation to the heating gas stream of the heating gas conduit;
- removing, by a removal section of the heating gas conduit, gas from the circulatory air modules;
- and
- providing the removed gas to the heat exchanger, bypassing the heating device, for reheating it as heating gas.
