Abstract
An access management and reporting system includes a keysafe that is located outside of a building and a communication system that is located within the building. The communication system is configured to perform, over a short-range wireless communication protocol, two-way communication with a communication module of the keysafe. The system also includes a server that is located remote from the building and the keysafe. The server is configured to perform, over a long-range communication protocol, two-way communication with the communication system located within the building, is configured to manage access to the keysafe, and is configured to handle reporting related to access of the keysafe.
Claims26
A system comprising one or more computers and one or more storage devices on which are stored instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more computers, to cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
- in response to detecting a trigger, presenting, on a display, a first selectable control that, when selected, triggers access to at least a portion of a property and a second selectable control that, when selected triggers denial of access to the property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the first selectable control;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the first selectable control, sending a signal to a device to maintain access to at least the portion of the property.
One or more non-transitory computer storage media encoded with instructions that, when executed by one or more computers, cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
- in response to detecting a trigger, presenting, on a display, a first selectable control that, when selected, triggers access to at least a portion of a property and a second selectable control that, when selected triggers denial of access to the property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the first selectable control;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the first selectable control, sending a signal to a device to maintain access to at least the portion of the property.
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- in response to detecting a trigger, presenting, on a display, a first selectable control that, when selected, triggers access to at least a portion of a property and a second selectable control that, when selected triggers denial of access to the property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the first selectable control;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the first selectable control, sending a signal to a device to maintain access to at least the portion of the property.
A system comprising one or more computers and one or more storage devices on which are stored instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more computers, to cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
- presenting, on a display, a selectable control that, when selected, triggers maintaining access to a portion of a property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the selectable control;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the selectable control, sending, to a mobile device, a limited use code that maintains access to at least a portion of the property during a predetermined access time period or for a limited number of uses.
One or more non-transitory computer storage media encoded with instructions that, when executed by one or more computers, cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
- presenting, on a display, a selectable control that, when selected, triggers maintaining access to a portion of a property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the selectable control;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the selectable control, sending, to a mobile device, a limited use code that maintains access to at least a portion of the property during a predetermined access time period or for a limited number of uses.
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- presenting, on a display, a selectable control that, when selected, triggers maintaining access to a portion of a property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the selectable control;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the selectable control, sending, to a mobile device, a limited use code that maintains access to at least a portion of the property during a predetermined access time period or for a limited number of uses.
A system comprising one or more computers and one or more storage devices on which are stored instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more computers, to cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
- presenting, on a display, a selectable control that, when selected, triggers maintaining access to a portion of a property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the selectable control;
- determining, using the input indicating selection of the selectable control, whether an access level associated with an account by which the input was received has permissions to send a signal to the device to maintain access to the portion of the property;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the selectable control and determining that the access level associated with the account has permissions to send the signal to the device to maintain access to the portion of the property, sending the signal to a device to maintain access to at least a portion of the property.
One or more non-transitory computer storage media encoded with instructions that, when executed by one or more computers, cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
- presenting, on a display, a selectable control that, when selected, triggers maintaining access to a portion of a property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the selectable control;
- determining, using the input indicating selection of the selectable control, whether an access level associated with an account by which the input was received has permissions to send a signal to a device to maintain access to the portion of the property;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the selectable control and determining that the access level associated with the account has permissions to send the signal to the device to maintain access to the portion of the property, sending the signal to a device to maintain access to at least a portion of the property.
A computer-implemented method comprising:
- presenting, on a display, a selectable control that, when selected, triggers maintaining access to a portion of a property;
- receiving input indicating selection of the selectable control;
- determining, using the input indicating selection of the selectable control, whether an access level associated with an account by which the input was received has permissions to send a signal to a device to maintain access to the portion of the property;
- and
- in response to receiving the input indicating selection of the selectable control and determining that the access level associated with the account has permissions to send the signal to the device to maintain access to the portion of the property, sending the signal to a device to maintain access to at least a portion of the property.
