Abstract
Provided herein are chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) comprising a glucuronoxylomannan receptor antigen-binding domain. Further provided herein are immune cells expressing the GXMR-CARs as well as methods of their use in the treatment of cryptococcosis.
Claims13
A chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) comprising (a) a glucuronoxylomannan (GXM) scFv comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2, (b) signaling domains CD3ξ, CD28, OX40/CD134, 4-1BB/CD137, TRAM, MyD88, TRAF 6, pattern recognition receptor family member, Toll-like-receptor (TLR) family member or a combination thereof, and (c) a CD28, CD8α, CD134, CD137, pattern recognition receptor (PRR) or TLR transmembrane domain.
