Hole saw

A hole saw movable about a rotational axis in a cutting direction to cut into a workpiece, the hole saw comprising:

• a cylindrical body including
• a sidewall having a first end and a second end opposite the first end,
• a gullet formed in the sidewall between a first surface and a second surface having a first portion and a second portion, the second portion extending between the first surface and the first portion of the second surface, the gullet extending through the first end of the sidewall, and
• a support aperture formed in the sidewall, the support aperture entirely surrounded by the sidewall and having a parallelogram shape with a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side, the first side of the support aperture being parallel with the second portion of the second surface of the sidewall, the support aperture positioned closer than the second portion of the second surface of the sidewall to the second end, at least one of the first side, the second side, the third side, and the fourth side oriented oblique to the rotational axis;
• a cutting tooth coupled to the first end of the sidewall adjacent the second surface of the gullet;
• and
• an end cap coupled to the second end of the sidewall,
• wherein the first and second sides of the support aperture are parallel, and
• wherein the third and fourth sides of the support aperture are parallel.
