Cartridge and manufacturing method of cartridge

A cartridge that is assembled in a part of a vapor product that includes a heating element for heating an aerosol source, the cartridge comprising:

• a first component and a second component, at least one of which being formed of resin;
• wherein the first component and the second component are each single components,
• wherein the first component includes a first facing surface that faces the second component in the longitudinal direction, and a first outermost edge of the first facing surface,
• wherein the second component includes a second facing surface that directly faces the first facing surface of the first component in the longitudinal direction, and a second outermost edge of the second facing surface,
• wherein the first facing surface and the second facing surface extend in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction,
• wherein the cartridge includes a connection section extending in the longitudinal direction of the cartridge, having a first end connected to the first facing surface of the first component and a second end welded to the second facing surface of the second component,
• wherein the first outermost edge and the second outermost edge are not welded to each other,
• wherein the first outermost edge and the second outermost edge directly face each other in the longitudinal direction and have a gap extending in the longitudinal direction between the first outermost edge and the second outermost edge, and
• wherein the connection section is connected to the first facing surface at a position inward of the first outermost edge and is welded to the second facing surface at a position inward of the second outermost edge.
