Abstract
Lithium oxide argyrodites having the formula Li(6−y)PS4O(1−y)X(1+y) where X is a halide anion and y is a number between 0 and 0.8, inclusive, are provided herein. Also provided are methods of synthesizing the lithium oxide argyrodites and composites including the lithium oxide argyrodites, as well as other alkali metal oxide argyrodites and related methods and composites.
Claims17
A lithium oxide argyrodite of the general formula:
- Li(6−y)PS4O(1−y)X(1+y) wherein X is a halide and wherein y is 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, or 0.6.
A lithium oxide argyrodite of the general formula:
- Li(6−y)PS4O(1−y)X(1+y) wherein X is a halide and wherein y is between 0.3 and 0.5, inclusive of the endpoints 0.3 and 0.5 of the range.
A lithium oxide argyrodite of the general formula:
- Li(6−y)PS4O(1−y)X(1+y) wherein X is a halide and wherein y is between 0.5 and 0.7, inclusive of the endpoints 0.5 and 0.7 of the range.
