Abstract
A radiation detector includes a sensor, an A/D converter, and processing circuitry. The sensor outputs a pulse signal based on incidence of radiation. The A/D converter generates digital data by performing A/D conversion on the pulse signal. The processing circuitry acquires temperature information of the A/D converter and outputs digital data that is compensated based on the temperature information.

A radiation detector comprising:
- a sensor that outputs a pulse signal based on incidence of radiation;
- an A/D converter that generates digital data by performing A/D conversion on the pulse signal;
- and
- processing circuitry that acquires temperature information of the A/D converter and that outputs digital data that is compensated based on the temperature information.

A nuclear medicine diagnostic apparatus comprising:
- a radiation detector including
- a sensor that outputs a pulse signal based on incidence of radiation,
- an A/D converter that generates digital data by performing A/D conversion on the pulse signal, and
- processing circuitry that acquires temperature information of the A/D converter and that outputs the digital data;
- and
- a processor that makes a temperature compensation on the digital data from the radiation detector based on the temperature information.
