A Spiro compound serving as an ERK inhibitor, and an application thereof in preparing a drug for treating an ERK-related disease. The present invention specifically relates to a compound represented by formula (III) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

A compound of formula (III) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,
- wherein
- n is 0 or 1;
- m is 1 or 2;
- ring A is
- R2 and R3 are each independently selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, OH, CN, NH2 and C1-3 alkyl, wherein the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 Rb;
- R4 is H;
- R5, R6, R7, R8 and R9 are each independently selected from H, F, Cl, Br, I, OH, CN, NH2 and C1-3 alkyl, wherein the C1-3 alkyl is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 Rc;
- and
- Rb and Rc are each independently selected from F, Cl, Br, I, OH, CN and NH2.
