Abstract
A plastic bag opening device, which opens an inlet of a plastic bag having a pocket shape, includes an elevating member that lifts the plastic bag in a state in which a first surface of the plastic bag is adhered; and an air blower that injects air toward the inlet of the plastic bag adhered to the elevating member so that the inlet of the plastic bag is opened. Accordingly, the inlet of the plastic bag may be completely opened.
Claims10
A plastic bag opening device configured to open an inlet of a plastic bag having a pocket shape, the plastic bag opening device comprising:
- a lifter configured to lift the plastic bag in a state in which a first surface of the plastic bag is adhered to the lifter;
- an air blower configured to inject air toward the inlet of the plastic bag adhered to the lifter so that the inlet of the plastic bag is opened;
- a pair of fingers configured to be inserted into the inlet of the plastic bag adhered to the lifter to pull and expand the inlet of the plastic bag in opposite directions;
- and
- a movable member configured to move the lifter away from the pair of fingers such that the inlet of the plastic bag is expanded between the pair of fingers and the lifter.
A plastic bag opening method that opens an inlet of a plastic bag having a pocket shape, the plastic bag opening method comprising:
- an elevating process of adhering a first surface of the plastic bag to a lifter and then lifting the plastic bag using the lifter;
- an opening process of opening the inlet of the plastic bag using an air blower to inject air toward the inlet of the plastic bag adhered to the lifter so that the air injected from the air blower flows into the plastic bag through the inlet;
- after the rotating process, a primary expanding process of pulling and expanding the inlet of the plastic bag in opposite directions by inserting a pair of fingers into the inlet of the plastic bag adhered to the lifter and moving the pair of fingers in directions that are away from each other;
- and
- after the primary expanding process, a secondary expanding process of expanding the inlet of the plastic bag between the pair of fingers and the lifter using a movable member to move the lifter away from the pair of fingers.
