The invention provides an enzyme granule comprising a mixture of a laccase and a buffer in an amount capable of maintaining an alkaline pH.
Claims18
An enzyme granule, comprising a mixture of a laccase and a buffer, wherein the reserve alkalinity of the granulate is at least 0.3 g NaOH per 100 g granulate,
- wherein a 1% w/w aqueous solution/suspension of the granule has a pH in the range from 8 to 11;
- and wherein the laccase is an enzyme according to EC 1.10.3.2.
